Job Title: SAP Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

The SAP Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and deploying integrations between key HR systems using SAP Business Transformation Platform (BTP), SuccessFactors Integration Suite, and SuccessFactors Integration Center. This role requires strong knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and CPI, as well as the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build integrations between key HR systems using SAP BTP, SuccessFactors Integration Suite, and SuccessFactors Integration Center.
  • Maintain documentation detailing configuration and settings of the system, including integration architecture map.
  • Ensure security of data in interfaces using state-of-the-art security technologies to encrypt data at rest and in transit.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion.
  • Draft statistical reports that assist in decision support.
  • Manage and resolve technical difficulties.
  • Understand stakeholder pain points and collaborate to propose potential design changes and new solutions.
  • Proactively identify solutions focused on improving productivity and collaborating on developing the business case.
  • Be accountable to stakeholders for delivery of all IT services.
  • Serve as first point of escalation for all IT-related customer issues.
  • Adhere to defined governance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SuccessFactors Integration Suite, SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP BTP, and CPI.
  • Understanding of best practices in building complex interfaces between SuccessFactors and key technologies such as Payroll, Benefits, and Identity Management solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in generating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of best practices for interface development and experience recommending and implementing these best practices.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • Courage, energy, and drive to finish projects and/or deliver solutions.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams with varying skill levels.
  • Organized and strong attention to detail.

Required Experience:

5+ years customer support and technical configuration.

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree required.
