**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our team at Sig. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the determination of Federal and Local Taxes and ensuring compliance with global internal controls to minimize risk of fraud and errors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare all support documentation for VAT refunds, tax benefits, and other tax-related grants on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely VAT refunds for Sig Manufacturing.
  • Calculate estimated payments (Income Tax, VAT, and other local taxes) for Mexican entities.
  • Support compliance topics, including follow-up on blacklists, repse topics, and electronic accounting.
  • Reconcile Revenue (accounting vs CFDIs) on a monthly basis.
  • Reconcile VAT in books vs Data Stage.
  • Reconcile Cogs vs Data Stage.
  • Account reconciliation for one of the entities.
  • MEC tax calculation for one of the entities.
  • Follow up on electronic accounting with the accounting team.
  • Support Annual Tax Returns, ISSIF, and Statutory Tax Reports.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Expertise in VAT balances in favor.
  • Diploma or Tax update courses in Taxation.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
  • SAP expertise.
  • Expertise in software needed to report to MX authorities.
  • Residence in Queretaro.
