**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Collections Specialist to join our team at SoftwareOne. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the entire billing and invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the full cycle of billing and invoicing, from initial billing to final payment receipt

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including sales and re-invoicing records

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any billing-related issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing and invoicing processes

• Analyze and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and invoicing

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking, or Administration

• Minimum 1.6 years of experience in invoicing and revenue management

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

**Nice to Have:**

• Advanced English language skills

• 3+ years of experience in invoicing and revenue management

• Experience with accounting software and systems
