About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Couplings Specialist to join our team at Timken. As a Couplings Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing profitable sales growth strategies for targeted couplings opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic accounts to lead to incremental market share growth and exceed annual sales objectives.
  • Conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism in sales and technical support.
  • Effectively manage through each distributor and OEM organization's specification process.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each customer's requirements and clearly communicate expectations.
  • Identify, develop, and implement strategies to achieve significant sales growth.
  • Communicate market conditions, competitive environment, and pertinent industry trends to sales management.
  • Document a repeatable selling strategy by leveraging application successes and documented value-add tools.
  • Develop and adhere to an annual call plan aligned with the Timken Latin America regional strategy.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
  • Couplings knowledge.
  • Commercial experience.
