About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Kontoor Brands. As a key member of our Import/Export Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all daily activities comply with Customs Regulations, deliveries are made on time in accordance with company expectations, and maximize operational efficiency in Customs and Logistics procedures as well as Fleet Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Customs Regulations and procedures
  • Coordinate and manage import and export operations
  • Maximize operational efficiency in Customs and Logistics procedures
  • Administer and manage the local fleet
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in International Commerce or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and customs compliance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience in managing personnel and teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
