Join Workday, Inc. as a Workday Integration Consultant and be part of a team that revolutionizes the enterprise software market.

About the Role

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will work directly with customers to help them drive business value from their Workday applications. You will assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot, guide through configuration, and provide demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
  • Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
  • Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or provide optimal configurations.
  • Clearly communicate responses and value to customers.
  • Create and deliver presentations on using Workday features to achieve business goals.
  • Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption.
  • Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry practices and engage with customers on those topics.
  • Contribute to creating new programs to drive customer feature adoption.

Additional Customer Enablement Services:

  • Office Hours for appointment-based consulting engagements.
  • Perform configuration and business requirements reviews.
  • Deployments including full deployment of Workday features.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards.
  • 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Web Services, XML/XSLT, Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, or other programming languages.
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Integrations, Studio, Cloud Connect for Benefits, Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, Reporting, Composite Reporting, PRISM Analytics.
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex, technical process issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
