**Transforming Healthcare through Technology**

Baxter is a global leader in medical innovations, and we're seeking a talented IT Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Global Information Technology Centers, you'll play a critical role in delivering technology solutions that improve patient outcomes and drive business success.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide end-to-end support for TMS and LBS to ensure business continuity
  • Establish proactive maintenance processes, monitor capabilities, performance metrics, and SLAs for solution integrations
  • Drive root cause analysis on incidents and identify remediation to avoid future occurrences
  • Participate in large, complex projects following Agile and/or SDLC methodologies
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates for IT scope

**What You'll Bring:**

  • Experience with various ERP and ETL tools, including JDE 9.2, Datastage, Globalscape, and Mulesoft
  • Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology
  • Strong project management skills and experience deploying technology globally
  • Experience with validation procedures and security governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop creative solutions
