About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Information Security to join our team at Danfoss GmbH. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in helping us navigate the complexities of digitalization and ensure the security of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on information security matters, including risk assessment, threat analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, policies, and procedures to protect our digital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities, and implement controls to prevent data breaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in information security, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our security posture.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong background in risk management, threat analysis, and security architecture.
  • Deep technical expertise in security protocols, encryption, and access control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001 and CIS Critical Security Controls.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing security solutions and improving security posture.
