The Opportunity
As a Business Transformation Project Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing logistics support for project implementation
- Preparing and reporting project status on a regular basis
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborating with Social Security Committees to ensure smooth project execution
- Delivering high-quality deliverables and supporting administration tasks
- Assisting with budget planning and management
- Enabling functional improvements in Social Security areas
- Managing presentations, internal releases, news, and logistics of team meetings

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in administrative, finance, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Office toolset skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Design thinking skills and knowledge of software or tools related to process documentation
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels, including upper management
- Intermediate/advanced English language skills
