Responsibilities

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests by adhering to our high standards of quality and service.

Key Tasks

  1. Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area.
  2. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.
  3. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
  4. Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  6. Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order.
  7. Perform floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway).
  8. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces. Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance. Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
