Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Laundry Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading their items in a safe manner.
  • Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms, ensuring excellent guest service skills and flexibility.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of laundry/dry cleaning, completing all valet tickets properly for proper handling.
  • Coordinate repairs and pick-up for delivery when completed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.

**Estimated Salary:** $12-$15 per hour based on location and experience.
