The Technical Application Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of software, network systems, and hardware for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to software, network systems, and hardware.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with software updates and changes to provide expert-level support.
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and use of programming and integration tools.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Requirements
- Advanced English skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer experience skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of specific system application fundamentals and business processes in the Accounting area, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Out of Balance Reconciliation.
- Experience in Inventory/Distribution, Buying, Selling, Storing, and Transferring Inventory, Cycle Counts, and Physical Inventory.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Independent learner with a desire to dig in and learn.
- Ability to collaborate with teams in various locations.
- Experience in a support environment with high call volumes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- Industry knowledge/experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ERP applications, or analytical tools.
- Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes.
- Database administration, installation, and configuration experience.
