Technical Support Specialist

Hro is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $19,800 - $23,760 per month, as well as a performance bonus up to $2,000 and a $2,000 hiring bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes all law benefits, food coupons, and direct hiring.
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
