About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical distribution equipment and excellent technical expertise. You will be responsible for providing fast and effective resolution of customer issues and supporting cross-functional teams to solve customer installation issues.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate escalated customer inquiries and provide potential solutions.
  • Support the development of training programs for manufacturing sites, Research & Development, and other members of the Customer Satisfaction & Quality community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze product application issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
