About the Role

BairesDev is a leading software development company in Latin America, and we're looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer at BairesDev, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network security measures to protect our data, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Monitor network performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve our network infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Network Administration, Network Operations, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing/Switching (LAN/WAN), Cisco ASA Security, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Telephony, or Avaya Telephony (Unified Communications).
  • Advanced English level.
