As an E-commerce Growth Strategist at Essity, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and conversion through e-commerce strategy execution.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Execute business plans to reach annual targets, partnering with local sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment, analyzing online consumer insights and customer needs.
- Lead negotiations regarding sales and investment targets, designing and executing communication strategies for e-commerce platforms.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success of the e-commerce channel, creating reports and scorecards that provide relevant information for the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing, digital, and sales teams to create strategies, initiating and proposing omnichannel initiatives by creating synergies across areas.
- Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth, implementing action plans to maximize the potential of e-commerce channels.
- Analyze customer data to make recommendations and execute business plans to achieve annual targets.
**What You Need**:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus)
- +5 years' experience in sales/account management/marketing roles (e-commerce industry experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing, with a focus on strategy execution and team leadership.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills, with a results-oriented approach.
**What We Offer**:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development in a collaborative and open atmosphere.
