Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Manager to join our team. As a Programmatic Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our regional teams, supporting the growth and training of our local Programmatic team, and enforcing best practices in programmatic advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with counterparts in GroupM regional teams.
- Support the training and growth of the local Programmatic team.
- Enforce programmatic best practices, focusing on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery.
- Ensure consistent work delivery to GroupM regional teams by maintaining a high quality of output.
- Serve as a point of escalation for the team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
- Provide career development and coaching for team members.
- Line manage 2-5 direct reports.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress.
- Present strong and effective communication across all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in English (B2-C2).
- 3+ years of experience implementing and optimizing campaigns in platforms such as DV360, The TradeDesk, MediaMath, or Youtube TrueView.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Work Environment
This is a remote or hybrid work position, and the candidate must be willing to work from anywhere within Mexico. Only candidates who are nationals of Mexico or have a valid work permit in the country can apply.
