Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Monitor compliance with corporate policies and procedures, process invoices, and resolve system interface errors in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Vendor Communication: Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, prioritize critical suppliers, and ensure timely resolution.
- Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile vendor statements, request copies of invoices, and provide analytical reporting to support business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a high-volume environment.
- Backup Support: Serve as backup for Disbursements AP Specialist duties, including SOX controls, E-payments, and full disbursement duties.
- SLA and KPI Management: Adhere to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators to drive cost savings and add value to the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage all levels within the organization.
- Bilingual speaking and writing skills (English/Spanish) required.
- Oracle Cloud Financials (Oracle Fusion) experience a plus.
