We are a real estate investment group based in New York, focused on acquiring targeted properties at scale across various property verticals, including multifamily, affordable housing, new development, and healthcare.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking meetings with institutional property owners through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, as well as maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline, ensuring adequate reporting and information entry into our CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and investors
  • Manage and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline, ensuring adequate reporting and information entry into our CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Exceptional English language skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Marketing, sales, communication, or related university background graduates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience in the real estate or related industry is a plus
