Physician Recruiter

**Role Overview**: As a key member of the Sermo team, you will work closely with project management staff to identify, schedule, and onboard physicians for qualitative interviews. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with repeat participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Collaborate with project management team to schedule physicians within client availability
• Utilize online research methods and recruitment tools to identify and engage contacts for research engagement
• Verify physicians' qualifications through phone or email communication
• Engage physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel for research participation
• Update client schedules, send calendar invites, and maintain organized records
• Onboard interviewees into a platform, facilitate communication with moderators, and promote continued engagement

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

• University graduate with a degree in marketing or management
• Undergraduate or working experience in an English-speaking country
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• An inquisitive mind and ability to problem-solve

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to acquire knowledge on new technologies
• High level of personal initiative, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in English
