- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with operations teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum one to two years of experience in facilities maintenance and operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: Electrical Certification preferred.
