At Arrive Logistics, we're seeking an experienced Cross-Border Operations Manager to lead our team in Guadalajara. This is a high-energy role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

As Cross-Border Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Border Operations team and setting them up for sustainability. You'll also oversee the Client Success Mexico team in Guadalajara and play a key role in bringing stability to our growing office.

  • Develop scalable and standardized processes for the Border Operations team and Client Success Team.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for border issues and customer-specific concerns.
  • Focus on performance management and operational process standardization.
  • Ensure world-class service delivery through KPI monitoring and customer focus.
  • Train and retain employees, identifying future leaders for development.
  • Promote a collaborative culture across offices involved in cross-border freight.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Communications, or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Resourcefulness, a strong work ethic, and dedication to doing things right are must-haves.

Compensation
