About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Innovation Finance Analyst to join our Quaker Brand Marketing teams and brand finance teams. This role will support innovation financial development for brands like Pancake Syrup and Mix, as well as the overall brand finance function through reporting, model building, and other ad-hoc support for strategic decision making.

Your Responsibilities
  • Understand key drivers of the P&L and partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations for Pancake Syrup and Mix innovation.
  • Provide support for period end results, POR PowerPoint population, and preparation of brand forecasts.
  • Develop and manage models, tools, and reporting, such as AOP base models and innovation models that incorporate growth metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested, such as support for innovation Benchmark skus and "My Innovation" documentation pulls.
  • Coordinate meetings for the Innovation Leadership Team and summarize pre-reads for senior management.
