Key Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate business risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective control processes to prevent risk and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders, legal, risk, and compliance teams to address complex compliance matters.
- Identify and analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve effectiveness and results.
- Ensure a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate technological advances to identify opportunities for enhancing current operations.
- Evaluate cost-benefit analyses and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide judgment-based analysis of complex situations and drive corrective actions.
- Act as a consultant to business units on processes and controls.
- Coordinate and assist with onsite reviews and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in control and/or project management.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions.
- Experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance.
Education
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- English proficiency.
