About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead in Mexico to help us deliver high technology products. This position will be part of a Mexican team dedicated to a large global Sinch client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Work closely with other software engineering teams, Product Managers/PO's and other business stakeholders to develop our projects
  • Experience with developing REST API integrations
  • Interest in working with JavaScript / NodeJS
  • Provide technical leadership within the team
  • Be a key individual contributor on code level

Requirements

  • Advanced English (We are a global company, and English is required)
  • You must have at least 8+ years' experience in any Software engineering technologies;
  • AWS knowledge;
  • Strong Communication skills with internal, external clients and colleagues;
  • Good knowledge of programming logic and data structure;
  • Team leadership skills
