Responsibilities
The Role
As a key player in the Becoming Better Investors Global project, you will co-lead the financial agenda, conducting in-depth analyses of Advertising & Marketing investments to identify productivity and efficiency opportunities across Latin American markets. You will be responsible for reporting quarterly Advertising & Marketing investments to the Latin America CFO and Corporate teams. Additionally, you will support the Commercial Finance team by analyzing Brand Profit & Loss (P&L) information for Latin American markets and assist in the revenue management process for product optimization.
Your Contributions
In the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Consolidating and analyzing Brand P&L for the Foods and Beverages business sectors.
- Reviewing and analyzing Advertising & Marketing Working and Non-Working expenses.
- Presenting insights on key initiatives for Latin America to the marketing team.
- Sharing Brand Charts for the Plan of Record (POR) presentations.
- Updating the Latin America business cells file for distribution to local marketing and finance teams.
- Providing financial insights for the New & Strategic initiatives in Latin America.
- Assisting in the Whale Curve product optimization strategy.
- Driving the digital transformation within the commercial finance domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning roles with a strong grasp of P&L and business operations is essential.
- Experience in case development is advantageous.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills are required.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Experience in creating data presentations, analyses, and visualizations.
- Background in developing financial reports and metrics.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Knowledge of marketing principles.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required.
