Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to excellence. As a Finance Planning Sr Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Lead the digitalization agenda for Global Finance, including the design and implementation of new tools for tracking financials
  • Ensure accurate Strategy and Annual Operating Plan output analysis to support discussions with key stakeholders
  • Own and maintain Financial Tableau Dashboards & Alteryx Model, including design and regular updates
  • Support in the Center Cost Forecast process, leading the consolidation of financials and analysis of outputs
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations or dashboards to communicate business results and insights
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge either in Tableau or Alteryx
  • Language: Spanish/English fluency is required
  • Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
