The Failure Analysis Technician will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

We are seeking a highly collaborative individual with a passionate focus on customer satisfaction, who can execute quickly and efficiently, and is committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be driven to win and have a strong track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostic analysis of units

Case tracking with suppliers

Preparation of failure analysis reports

Work under objectives to reduce BPL

Essential Skills

Experience in diagnostic analysis

Lab instrument management (Oscilloscope, curve tracer, OSA, variable source, DVM, spectrum analyzer)

Leadership in a team environment

Report writing and analysis

Flexibility in scheduling

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of fibers and optical components

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Basic English language skills for communication with customers
