Collections Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Agent to join our dynamic team at Joi. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all transactions, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure billing obligations are upheld, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all transactions.
• Engage in negotiations with clients to establish payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
• File and update documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct skip tracing activities to locate individuals with outstanding debts.
• Utilize strong collections abilities to recover overdue payments and minimize losses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and ability to navigate various software systems efficiently.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Experience in collections or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record in negotiating hardship agreements with clients.
• Experience in skip tracing techniques and methodologies.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to analyze financial documents, credit reports, and bank statements.
• Ability to relate to the role as similar to detective analysis, working closely with your Torro billing teammate to uncover solutions and achieve results.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month.
• 8-hour shift.
• Productivity bonus.
• Punctuality bonus.
