Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fraud Prevention Analyst to join our team at Citigroup Inc. As a key member of our Customer Service function, you will be responsible for executing customer service activities while ensuring adherence to our policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client verifications and account-related inquiries to resolve client issues and provide on-going customer support.
  • Process transactions and cross-sell an expansive set of products and services to existing and new clients.
  • Escalate potential fraud cases to the Fraud department and sign on behalf of the bank, if needed.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and service offerings to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for our firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a related role.
  • Basic level experience in a related field (combination of education/experience).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to creatively solve problems.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
