Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet volume, quality, and cost requirements
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
