SAP FICO Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant to join our team at Technipower, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in gaining knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana by analyzing their current and future business processes to prepare a TO BE scenario. This involves mapping and GAP analysis, as well as analyzing and understanding global templates that must be implemented, integrated with the rest of the defined business processes, and tested until customer representatives approve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the D4M FICO team in implementations of S/4HANA for the financial functionality remotely or in Canada, the US, Mexico, and potentially other locations.
  • Grow our practice by providing pre-sales Solutions and assisting in writing new SAP S/4 HANA project proposals for our clients.
  • Conduct GAP analysis between business requirements and software and make recommendations for SAP software implementation strategy.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in conducting cross-SAP module integration, including external integration with other non-SAP solutions.
  • Technical and functional knowledge to support control of the different tasks in project execution and investments.
  • Project Management abilities using one or more methodologies.
  • Experience in preparing test scripts for testing the SAP solution scenarios.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience implementing Mexican Localization functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a Finance or Technology-related major.
  • More than 10 years of implementing SAP Financial Modules, including Project System.
  • Proven experience in the Automotive Industry or Manufacturing.
  • Proven Experience Leading Teams or projects.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in conducting GAP analysis between business requirements and software.
  • Proven functional and technical knowledge of customizing Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Project System in S/4 Hana or ECC solutions.
  • Experience in Cross SAP module integration.
  • Technical and functional knowledge to support control of the different tasks in project execution and investments.
  • Project Management abilities using one or more methodologies.
  • Experience in preparing test scripts for testing the SAP solution scenarios.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience implementing Mexican Localization functions.
