Sales Planning and Operations Manager

Glanbia Performance Nutrition is a global nutrition company that offers a wide range of performance nutrition and lifestyle products.
We are seeking a Sales Planning and Operations Manager to join our team in Mexico. This is a new role that will be responsible for managing, executing and collaborating with activities including demand planning for over 200 SKUs and multiple customers, tracking forecast accuracy, monitoring company's SLOB and creating processes to maintain frequent communication with supply chain, customer service and related areas involved in the fulfillment process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Be the owner of the forecast in conjunction with the business team, updating it monthly in the JDA software for a period of 24 months.
- Accountable for all KPIs related to demand planning activities, such as forecast bias and accuracy, SLOB, and lack of products.
- Develop analysis needed with a mix of data, including sell-in/out, inventory levels, and sales trends, to run financial budget and forecast reviews.
- Build and develop studies to support sales plans with P&L analysis, value chains, and competitive sets and market studies to improve overall performance.
- Provide periodic reports to the business with full data, flagging opportunities and issues and proposing actions.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business positions.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing or related.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in S&OP and data management.
- Experience working on a matrix structure.
- English as second Language (Fluent) and Spanish (native).
- Think strategically and tactically.
- Willingness to travel.
