Job Summary:
The Operations Excellence Manager will lead cross-functional teams to achieve process improvements, drive project deliverables, and positively lead teams through change.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and execute project plans to achieve productivity results and sustain improvements
- Communicate effectively with teams and leadership to ensure support and buy-in for change initiatives
- Navigate corporate culture and develop positive working relationships with stakeholders and project teams
- Partner with various functions to identify and deliver cost savings projects
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 3+ years of project management or process improvement experience
- Experience leading project teams and driving change initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, Materials, or Operations

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our hybrid policy allows employees to work at least 3 days a week in a Rockwell Automation location unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
