About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager and Litigation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory law and litigation management, with a strong background in compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure compliance with railroad regulations, concession commitments, and applicable laws;
- Provide expert legal advice on regulatory issues, concession-related matters, and relevant laws and regulations;
- File reports and official responses to regulatory agencies;
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records of railway registrations and perform internal audits;
- Manage terminal obligations, permits, and telecommunications law compliance;
- Coordinate external law firms handling litigation cases and negotiate out-of-court settlements;
- Develop strategies to protect the company's interests in all litigation matters;
- Bachelor's Degree in Law;
- Significant experience in regulatory law, litigation, and compliance management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in English;
