Contract Analyst II

At ICON plc, we're seeking a skilled Contract Analyst II to join our team. As a Contract Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Review and Analysis

Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  1. Negotiation and Contract Management

Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  1. Collaboration and Risk Assessment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.

  1. Contract Management Systems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.

  1. Contract Guidance and Support

Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Requirements
  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Contract Management or a relevant discipline preferred.

  1. Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.

  1. Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials and vendor agreements.
