Role Description:

This Business Process Improvement Analyst position at Schneider National involves working closely with suppliers to enhance their understanding of our systems, processes, and expectations.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Coordinate the complete supplier onboarding process, encompassing system integration, process training, and communication.
  2. Create and present training programs, webinars, and workshops to guarantee suppliers possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
  3. Offer continuous support to suppliers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and collecting feedback for ongoing enhancement.
  4. Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Compile periodic reports providing insights into supplier engagement, adherence to regulations, and adoption of digital tools.
  6. Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine best practices, standards, and tools facilitating supplier success.
  8. Support change management initiatives by aiding suppliers in adapting to new systems, processes, or regulatory requirements.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within procurement enablement strategies.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  4. Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  5. Proficiency with digital platforms and ERP systems; familiarity with procurement tools is a plus.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  7. Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
