We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of cross-functional SCM processes and applications across a single or multiple sites to support global SCM strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll facilitate lean and process improvement workshops, participate in the creation of best practice documentation, and assist in change-management initiatives to ensure common and optimal process across sites.

This role requires strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies, as well as global business environment and customers' business. You'll work closely with IT teams to develop and utilize IT tools for automation, and consult with senior management on process issues and opportunities.

In this dynamic position, you'll have the opportunity to design complex systems, processes, and business relationships, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to department business analysts. Your exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver transactional and collaborative solutions.
