We are looking for a seasoned expert with a proven track record in Atlassian product consulting and configuration. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT and business process needs within infrastructure, as well as the ability to formulate products and offerings for large complex transformation engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support account management and sales activities by providing product demonstrations to new and existing clients
  • Manage sales enablement for technology partner programs focused on improving client outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technology partners
  • Stay updated on IT trends and participate in trade shows and networking activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise for sales collateral and marketing efforts
  • Lead discovery calls and understand client short-term and long-term objectives
  • Design creative solutions for clients and articulate them into compelling commercial proposals
  • Act as a strategic partner with existing clients and ensure smooth transitions to delivery teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Atlassian product consulting and/or configuration
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to design, articulate, and implement client solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations, demos, and responses to RFPs
  • Demonstrated curiosity to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in French is a plus
