We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Operationsarmy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling both administrative and financial tasks.

**Overview**:

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Contract Management:

  • Review, process, and maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Accounts Management:

  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices are issued and payments are tracked effectively.

Financial Recordkeeping:

  • Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.

Compliance Tracking:

  • Monitor contract deadlines, including renewals and terminations, and ensure adherence to financial and legal obligations.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract discrepancies or financial issues.

**Project Coordination**:

Support the finance team with special projects, such as financial reporting, tax preparation, and audit assistance.

**Administrative Support**:

Maintain systematic documentation for contracts, invoices, and financial records.

**Qualifications**:

**Required**:

  • Fluency in English language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in contract processing, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

**Preferred**:

  • Experience with contract management software or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial reporting standards.
