**Job Overview**:

As a Senior Operator 3 at Expro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and safe operation of equipment offshore. This involves working closely with a team to prepare and run equipment, adhering to Company procedures and providing a quality service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. Collaborate with team members to complete operational tasks safely and efficiently, preventing technical issues in line with the Operating manual.

2. Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure compliance with Expro's policies, standards, and procedures, and verify their technical correctness for the operation being carried out.

3. Liaise with the supervisor daily to plan and execute well site support requirements, including material spares in inventories and maintenance.

4. Participate in tool box talks and planning meetings as required, and may be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation and return of equipment.

5. Communicate effectively with clients' representatives and participate in meetings and discussions as required, ensuring a professional and quality service to clients.

6. Liaise with offshore Supervisor, team members, and operations department as needed to ensure effective communication and achieve safe operations and task completion.

7. Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes, and specific client requirements.

8. Contribute to the development of subordinates by sharing knowledge and assisting with their competency progression when required.

**Requirements**:

1. Technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade.

2. Formal technical qualification.

3. 6+ years of technical experience within the relevant field.
