Anti-Money Laundering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Anti-Money Laundering Specialist to join our team at Wipro Limited. As an AML Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and preventing financial crimes.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Monitoring: Manage transactions to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Client Support: Provide effective technical support to clients, resolving issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and update internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions to aid in problem resolution.
- Training and Development: Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes, and updates.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with team leaders, performance review, HR, training team, technical lead, and clients to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Process Knowledge: Knowledge of assigned process, tools, and systems.
- Behavioral Competencies: Collaborative working, problem-solving and decision-making, attention to detail, execution excellence, client-centricity, and effective communication.
- Process: Number of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, pulse score, and customer feedback.
- Self-Management: Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, training hours, and number of technical training completed.
