The Opportunity: Finance Indirects Sr Coordinator

As a Procurement Finance Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in furthering the transformation and digitalization of Procurement Finance processes across LATAM. You will collaborate with functional teams to set and execute a mid/long-term agenda for PEP + Sustainability, while harmonizing best practices across LATAM's suppliers.

Your Impact:

  1. Develop and track the mid/long-term agenda for Sustainability to achieve internal targets for the sector.
  2. Engage with suppliers to develop end-to-end processes to further the sustainability agenda.
  3. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop tools for the automation of processes in LATAM.
  4. Guide the development of tools and processes to standardize input throughput, calculation, output throughput, and visualization of data.
  5. Ensure the timely adoption of PGT processes for LATAM to align the sector with Corporate's standardized processes.
  6. Perform benchmarking analyses to understand tools available in the industry that could result in benefits in efficiency rates, NOPBT savings, or time reduction for the business.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  1. BA in Finance / Engineering / Economics / Administration.
  2. 4+ years of experience in Finance, Forecasting, Budgeting, P&L.
  3. Experience in a similar role and activities.
  4. Knowledge in Procurement.
  5. Knowledge in Supply Chain, Operations, and proficiency in Microsoft tools and PowerBI/SQL/VBA. SAP (is a MUST).
  6. Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Persuasive & focused communications to enable management decisions.
  9. English (is a MUST).
