We're seeking a skilled Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth logistics execution.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor shipments and update reports to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with drivers and customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
- Track and trace shipments to optimize routes and reduce delays
- Schedule appointments and manage customer service inquiries
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other logistics software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
