We're looking for someone with strong execution skills, familiarity with Annex 22, and knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle / Dynamics). If you're proactive, customer-focused, and able to interact and collaborate within and outside the department, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Import/export operations under DDP terms in maritime and air modalities (with a focus on ocean freight).
- Daily follow-up on shipments, from supplier release, through transportation, customs broker, to final delivery.
- Knowledge of the documents required for import activities ensuring that the documentation is in order and complies with regulations.
- Review of pediment, pediment approval, general knowledge of NOMs, and special permits as 'Aviso Automatico' for steel.
- Creation of non-conformities.
- Preparation of quotes and support for internal clients on transportation matters and specific inquiries.
- Ensure timely deliveries with optimal use of resources.
- Final delivery to the customer (LTL, FTL).
