This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create and manage annual business plans to deliver agreed-upon sales targets and provide regular reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales capability, category, and activation teams, to deliver sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a direct distribution channel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
