We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Engineer to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing manufacturing methods and processes to meet the company's objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Define, develop, and update manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and set targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving to reduce losses in the manufacturing process.
- Documentation: Create and update required documentation for production, including FMEA, visual aids, flow diagrams, and control plans.
- Safety and Quality: Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines and ensure the quality of the products.
- Tooling and Equipment: Provide correct tool specifications and required changes in tooling to ensure continuity and quality during production.
- Quality Assurance: Develop quality assurance processes by implementing required quality tools.
- Efficiency and Cost: Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by fulfilling targets for scrap and failure costs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Engineering Degree: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Language Skills: Advanced English level.
Technical Skills:
- Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Problem Solving: Experience with problem-solving methodologies, including the 8D Methodology.
- Core Tools: Familiarity with core tools, including FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and PPAP.
- XR Control Chart: Knowledge of XR Control Chart principles and practices.
