Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet the needs of our guests.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
