- Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency across products.
- Lead design activities such as workshops, critiques, and usability testing to ensure design excellence.
- Present design work and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.
- 5-7 years of experience in product design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio that showcases design expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
