About the Role

Rheem Mexicali, S. De R.L. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, salaries, and benefits.
  • Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including tax withholdings and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement payroll processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Stay up-to-date with changing labor laws and regulations, ensuring our payroll processes remain compliant.
Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including tax withholdings and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Proficient in payroll software and systems, including Oracle.
